ArcvaOS ("we", "us", or "our") operates arcva.app and the ArcvaOS Claude connector (mcp.arcva.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Account information: email address and password when you register
• Business data: startup name, industry, stage, goals, budget, tasks, financial transactions, competitor research, and marketing content that you enter into ArcvaOS
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps
• Authentication tokens: temporary tokens used to connect your ArcvaOS account to Claude via OAuth

• To provide and operate the ArcvaOS platform and Claude connector
• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To allow Claude to read and write your startup data on your behalf when you connect ArcvaOS to Claude
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns
• To communicate important service updates

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Base44 (our infrastructure provider) who hosts the application
• Anthropic, solely to facilitate the Claude connector integration you explicitly authorize
• As required by law

When you connect ArcvaOS to Claude, you authorize Claude to access your ArcvaOS data using a Bearer token. This token is scoped to your account only. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the ArcvaOS connector in Claude settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@arcva.app.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@arcva.app to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
