By creating an account or using ArcvaOS ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ArcvaOS is an AI-powered startup operating system that helps founders manage their business plan, tasks, financials, competitor research, and marketing content. ArcvaOS also offers a Claude connector that allows you to interact with your ArcvaOS data through Anthropic's Claude AI.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or MCP endpoints
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content, code, and design of ArcvaOS is owned by ArcvaOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your startup data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create in ArcvaOS.

The ArcvaOS Claude connector is provided as-is. By connecting ArcvaOS to Claude, you authorize Anthropic's Claude to access and modify your ArcvaOS data on your behalf. ArcvaOS is not responsible for Claude's responses or actions taken based on your data.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@arcva.app within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@arcva.app.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcvaOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
